How do we know that God is magnificent?

Answered in 1 source

God's magnificence is demonstrated through His creation and His revealed Word, showcasing His infinite nature.

The magnificence of God is evidenced in creation and through the revelation of His character in the Scriptures. Isaiah 66:1 presents God as seated on His heavenly throne, superior to all things. As we contemplate the vastness of the universe, we are reminded of how small we are, yet He cares for us. This contrast speaks to His greatness and majesty. Additionally, Psalm 139 also reveals God's omniscience and omnipresence, affirming that He knows our every thought and action, further amplifying the awe we are to have for Him.
