How do we know that God is with us during our struggles?

Answered in 3 sources

God's presence is promised, especially during times of trouble, as He understands our struggles and prepares blessings for us.

In the narrative of John 21, while the disciples toiled in vain, the resurrected Christ was present on the shore, preparing a meal for them (John 21:9). This illustrates that even when we perceive that God is distant during our hardships, He is actively involved in our lives. Isaiah 40:28-29 reassures us that God never grows weary and is always attentive to our needs. His timing in our struggles may not align with our expectations, but the eventual blessings validate His ongoing presence and care in our lives. Thus, we can find comfort knowing that our struggles are not unnoticed by the Lord, who knows when to intervene and bless us.
