How do we know that God is with us in our struggles?

Answered in 1 source

God's presence in our struggles is affirmed in Scripture, where He promises to help and support His people.

The assurance of God's presence during our struggles is deeply rooted in Scripture. In 2 Chronicles 32, King Hezekiah reminds the people that while they face the earthly might of Sennacherib, God is their true protector. With the Lord on their side, they should not be afraid, as He fights their battles. This principle is echoed throughout the Bible, showing that God is near to those who call upon Him (Psalm 145:18) and that He has made a covenant of support with His people (Jeremiah 29:11). Understanding that God is actively involved in our lives provides us with the assurance needed to face and overcome life's difficulties.
