How do we know that God justifies the elect?

Answered in 4 sources

We know that God justifies the elect because Scripture clearly states that He has predestined, called, justified, and glorified them.

The doctrine of justification for the elect is firmly rooted in Scripture. As outlined in Romans 8:30, 'Moreover, whom he did predestinate, them he also called; and whom he called, them he also justified; and whom he justified, them he also glorified.' This chain of redemption reveals God's clear intention and action in justifying those He has chosen. It emphasizes the sovereignty of God in the salvation process and reassures believers of their standing before Him. The assurance comes from the fact that it is God who justifies, and therefore, nothing can stand against His plan for His elect.
