God loves a cheerful giver because giving reflects the grace and generosity that He has shown to us.

In 2 Corinthians 9:7, we see that God loves a cheerful giver. This means that He delights in those who give joyfully rather than out of obligation or guilt. The heart behind the gift matters more than the amount given. Just as God gave His Son joyfully to redeem us, we are to reflect that same attitude in our giving. Our generosity should be in response to the grace we have received, showcasing our love and appreciation for God’s unspeakable gift mentioned in 2 Corinthians 9:15.
