How do we know that God loves us and has chosen us?

The Bible clearly conveys that God has chosen His people before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:4). This divine election is rooted in His everlasting love for His people in Christ. Romans 8:29-30 elaborates on this, indicating that those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son. The consistent theme throughout Scripture reveals that God's love is not based on our works but solely on His sovereign grace. Thus, when we see our identity in Christ, we can be assured of His love and eternal purpose for us, causing our hearts to rejoice in His unwavering grace.
