How do we know that God makes everything beautiful in His time?

Answered in 1 source

The Scriptures affirm that God sovereignly orchestrates all events for His glory and the ultimate good of His people, as seen in Ecclesiastes 3:11.

In Ecclesiastes 3:11, Solomon declares, "He hath made everything beautiful in his time." This reflects a profound truth in biblical theology: that God's timing is perfect and He is sovereign over all events in our lives. While we may not understand the immediate circumstances or perceive them as beautiful, faith assures us that everything will be made beautiful according to God's divine plan. Just as Joseph's trials led to the saving of many lives (Genesis 50:20), our experiences, even the painful ones, are being woven into a tapestry of grace that culminates in God's glory. For Christians, recognizing God's sovereignty helps us trust that His ways are higher than ours, even when we cannot see the beauty in our difficulties.
