How do we know that God provides for the growth of believers?

Jesus speaks of Himself as the vine and His Father as the husbandman in John 15:1. This agricultural metaphor illustrates God's active role in the spiritual development of His people. Just as a husbandman tends to a garden, ensuring each plant receives adequate care, so does God nurture believers, enabling them to grow and bear fruit.
