How do we know that God reveals Himself to the humble?

In Matthew 11:27, Jesus states that no one knows the Father except the Son, and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal Him. This reveals that God’s revelation is sovereign and depends on His will. The humble are more receptive to this revelation, as they do not rely on their own wisdom. Scriptures like 1 Corinthians 1:26-27 affirm that God often chooses what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, which is why He delights in revealing the truth to those who come as babes—those who recognize their need and seek His help.
