How do we know that God reveals Himself to those seeking Him?

Answered in 1 source

God promises to reveal Himself to those who earnestly seek Him.

In the story of the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8, we observe a sincere seeker of God who diligently reads Scripture but does not understand it. When Philip is sent to explain the Scriptures, this man's seeking heart is a testament to God's promise that those who seek Him will find Him (Jeremiah 29:13). Moreover, God delights in revealing His Son to those who desire truth, as hinted in Galatians 1:15-16, where it is said that God was pleased to reveal His Son in the believer. This reassurance underscores that God actively engages with those who are earnest in their search for Him.
