How do we know that God's grace is abundant?

Answered in 2 sources

Scripture reveals that God's grace abounds, even where sin increases, providing ample opportunity for salvation.

The abundance of God's grace is a key aspect of sovereign grace theology. Throughout the Bible, we see that where sin abounds, grace does much more abound (Romans 5:20). This signifies that no matter how great our sin, God's grace is more than sufficient to cover it. In the story of Ruth and Boaz, Boaz's intentional left-over grain for Ruth symbolizes the grace God provides abundantly to His people. As believers, we can trust in the overwhelming grace of Christ which assures us that we are not only saved but that we are continually supported by His grace in our everyday lives.
