How do we know that God's grace is permanent?

Answered in 1 source

God's grace is permanent as it is rooted in His everlasting covenant with His elect (Isaiah 66:18-23).

In Isaiah 66, God assures His people of the permanence of His grace. Verses 18 to 23 depict a promise that all nations will come to worship Him, signifying that God’s grace extends to every corner of the earth. This includes a promise that His elect will never pass away and His grace will last forever. The apostle Paul echoes this in Romans 8:38-39, affirming that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Such grace is not dependent on human actions but is secured by God's irrevocable promise and the efficacy of Christ's atoning sacrifice. This grace is enduring, ensuring that God's people will always find their solace in Him.
