How do we know that God's judgment is upon sinners?

Scripture indicates that God's judgment is a present and ongoing reality for sinners. In Revelation 8:7-13, the sounding of the trumpets signals God’s active judgment against those who reject Him. This is further supported by passages such as Luke 13:1-5, where Jesus reminds us that unless we repent, we will likewise perish. God's judgment is not only about future consequences but also reflects His current disdain for sin and rebellion against His authority. As evidenced throughout both the Old and New Testaments, God exercises His judgment continually, allowing people to reap what they sow (Galatians 6:7). Those who remain unrepentant are under divine wrath, underscoring the urgency for sinners to come to Christ for salvation.
