How do we know that God's ministers are important?

Answered in 1 source

God's ministers are important as they are called to care for His flock and guide them towards Christ.

According to 1 Thessalonians 5:12, God's ministers, who work amongst believers, should be recognized and honored for their labor. They are given the responsibility to watch over souls, admonish the congregation, and teach the Word of God. While they play a crucial role in the church, it is essential to remember that they are merely the means by which God communicates His truth. Therefore, we should not place our hope in men but look ultimately to Christ, who empowers their ministry. This reliance on Christ ensures that despite the limitations of human ministers, His work can continue through them.
