How do we know that God's plan of salvation is secure?

God's assurance of the security of His salvation plan is rooted in His unchanging character and His declaration of the end from the beginning. Isaiah 46:10 states, 'Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done.' This divine foreknowledge is intrinsically linked to God's sovereignty, meaning that what He has promised will come to pass. His purpose is eternal, and He works all things after the counsel of His own will (Ephesians 1:11). Therefore, believers can rest assured that God's plan for their salvation is firmly established in His divine will and purpose, unhindered by external circumstances or human actions.
