God's promises are true because He is faithful and unchanging, as demonstrated in scripture.

The assurance of God's promises comes from His character and faithfulness. In Joshua 1:5, God tells Joshua, 'I will be with thee, I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.' This promise is reiterated throughout the Bible, reminding us that God is always present and our ultimate source of strength. Throughout history and in our own lives, we can see the faithfulness of God, who fulfills His promises to His people, providing a sturdy foundation for our faith.
