How do we know that God's providence allows us to avoid anxiety?

Answered in 1 source

God's providence assures us that He takes care of our needs, eliminating the need for worry about our daily provisions.

In Matthew 6, Jesus speaks clearly against anxiety, assuring us that God’s providential care encompasses our lives. He points to the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, illustrating how God provides for His creation without them taking undue worry. If God values us far more than these creatures, we can trust that He will meet our needs. Thus, Christians are challenged to seek first the Kingdom of God, which in turn guarantees that all necessary provisions will be supplied. The lack of anxiety is achievable through faith in God's goodness and His promises to provide for His people.
