How do we know that God sovereignly chose His people?

The sovereign choice of God's people is a foundational doctrine rooted in passages such as Ephesians 1:4-5, which states that God chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. This sovereign election underscores the notion that our salvation is not based on human merit but solely on God's grace and divine purpose.
