How do we know that God teaches His children?

Answered in 1 source

We know God teaches His children because scripture confirms that He personally instructs them, leading them to understand their need for Him.

The assurance that God teaches His children is evident throughout scripture. For instance, in John 6:37, Jesus affirms that all whom the Father gives to Him will come to Him. This indicates a divine drawing and teaching process that is unmistakable in the lives of believers. Additionally, the Apostle Paul describes a continual learning experience where believers grow in grace and knowledge of Christ (Philippians 3:8). The knowledge imparted by God surpasses all worldly wisdom, as it is rooted in a deep, personal relationship with Christ, where believers are enabled to recognize their sinfulness and their need for salvation through Him.
