How do we know that God teaches sinners?

Answered in 2 sources

The Bible affirms that God teaches those who seek Him, particularly the humble and the contrite in spirit.

Psalm 25:9 states, 'The meek will He guide in judgment, and the meek will He teach His ways.' This reflects the character of God as a teacher who delights in instructing those who acknowledge their need for Him. It is crucial to approach God with humility, recognizing our own limitations and sinfulness. The doctrine of His sovereignty assures us that God actively engages with those who come before Him reverently and seriously, promising to reveal His paths to the teachable heart. Thus, the assurance of God's teaching is rooted in His merciful nature and willingness to guide those who earnestly seek Him.
