How do we know that God transforms our will?

Answered in 1 source

The transformation of our will is evidenced by a newfound desire to seek and obey God's will.

God's transforming work in our lives is crucial for understanding our relationship with Him. As seen in the Apostle Paul's conversion, he went from pursuing his own destructive will to asking, 'What wilt thou have me to do?' This shift represents a fundamental change that occurs when an individual is regenerated by the Holy Spirit. Our natural will, unaided by grace, typically leads us away from God. However, when we experience the new birth, our will becomes aligned with God’s desires, allowing us to pursue holiness.
