How do we know that God uses conflicts for our good?

Romans 8:28-29 reassures believers that all things, including conflicts, work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose. The ultimate good God intends for us is to be conformed to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ. Through conflicts, our weaknesses are exposed, prompting us to rely more on God’s strength.
