How do we know that God uses the weak to accomplish His plans?

Answered in 2 sources

The Bible illustrates that God often uses the weak to confound the mighty, demonstrating His sovereign power (1 Corinthians 1:27).

God's method of using the weak to accomplish His plans is a recurring theme in Scripture. For example, in 1 Corinthians 1:27, Paul states that God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise and the weak things to shame the strong. This shows that God's purpose is to glorify Himself by using those whom the world overlooks or deems unqualified. Similarly, figures such as Moses and Gideon exemplify God's tendency to strengthen the weak, as seen when He called Moses from tending sheep and reduced Gideon's army from 32,000 to just 300 to defeat the Midianites. Through these narratives, we understand that God's strength is made perfect in human weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
