How do we know that God wants to save everyone?

Answered in 1 source

God's desire to save His people is evident in His willingness to call all who are weary and burdened to come to Him.

The desire of God to save His people is rooted in His character and the revelation found in scripture. Isaiah 50 and Matthew 11:28 clearly show the Lord calling the weary to find rest in Him. God's declarations present Him as one who actively seeks and desires to save, evidenced by His gospel proclamation and acts of redemption throughout scripture.

Additionally, the authority and power of God to save are depicted in His capacity to perform miracles, such as drying up the sea for Israel and bringing water from the rock. These events collectively build a picture of a sovereign God who is not hindered by human limitations but is capable of bringing salvation to the most impossible situations. Therefore, His call for sinners to come to Him is a reflection of His deep desire to save those who believe in His name, proving His love and care for humanity.
