How do we know that God will keep us safe?

Answered in 2 sources

God's Word assures us that no one can pluck us from His hand, signifying our eternal security in Christ (John 10:28-29).

The assurance of our safety in God's hands is firmly rooted in Scripture, particularly in John 10:28-29 where Jesus states that His sheep will never perish and no one can snatch them out of His hand. This promise is a testament to the sovereign power of God and His love for His elect. Philippians 1:6 further supports this assurance, declaring that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Therefore, our security rests in the faithful character of God, who accomplishes all His purposes.
