How do we know that God will not allow any of His children to fall behind?

Answered in 1 source

We know that God will keep His children because He has promised to bring every one of them to glory through His sovereign grace.

The assurance that not one of God's children will be left behind is a fundamental aspect of His sovereign grace. This promise is rooted in Scripture, specifically in passages like John 6:39, where Jesus states that He will lose nothing of all that the Father has given Him. God's faithfulness ensures that, even when His children stray, He will bring them back to Himself. Isaiah 30 emphasizes that although His children may rebel and sin, God actively works to correct and restore them, making it clear that His redemptive purposes will not be thwarted. His omnipotence and covenant faithfulness guarantee that every elect child will ultimately be saved.
