How do we know that God will separate the wicked from the just?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible assures us, particularly in Matthew 13:49, that God will send His angels to separate the wicked from the just at the end of the world.

In Matthew 13:49, Christ explicitly states that at the end of the world, angels will come to sever the wicked from among the just. This serves as a promise of God's judgment and a reminder of His holiness. The parable serves to illustrate that while both the righteous and unrighteous may coexist in this present age, God's perfect justice will ultimately prevail, ensuring each individual receives a true reckoning based on their faith and relationship with Christ. Thus, those who are truly justified by God's grace will be gathered together while the wicked will face eternal separation.
