How do we know that God works salvation?

Answered in 1 source

We see God's work of salvation through Scripture and the history of His people.

God’s work of salvation is a central theme throughout Scripture and is especially evident in Psalm 74. The psalmist declares, 'For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.' This line affirms that God was actively involved in the salvation of His people in the past, and He continues to work in the present. The Christian faith asserts that salvation is through Jesus Christ, who accomplished redemption through His death and resurrection, as emphasized in the New Testament. Believers can also look at their own experiences of grace and transformation as evidence of God's ongoing work in their lives. Through faith, Christians know that God is faithful to accomplish His promises of salvation.
