How do we know that grace gives us hope?

The assurance of hope through grace is expressed throughout Scripture, particularly in the works of Paul. Romans 5:1-2 tells us that being justified by faith, we have peace with God and stand in grace, rejoicing in the hope of the glory of God. Paul emphasizes that it is grace that has called us, enabled us to have faith, and sustains our relationship with God. This grace is not something we can earn; it is freely given and ensures that our hope is secure. It’s through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ that we can confidently affirm our eternal salvation and relationship with God.
