How do we know that grace is sufficient for our trials?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible assures us that God's grace is sufficient in our weakness, providing strength in times of need.

We can trust that grace is sufficient for our trials through the promises found in Scripture. Hebrews 4:16 invites believers to approach God's throne of grace to obtain mercy and find help that is timely. This assurance reflects God's understanding of our frailty and His promise to support us. Throughout the New Testament, Christians are reminded that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Therefore, when faced with challenges, believers can rely on the ever-present grace of Christ, which equips and sustains them through every trial they encounter. The confidence in this grace comes from recognizing that it is not contingent upon our own merit but is freely given through faith.
