How do we know that grace reigns over the law?

According to Romans 6:14, believers are not under the law, which highlights grace's supremacy over it. The law has a role in revealing sin and declaring guilt, but it cannot provide the means for salvation or holiness. Grace reigns through righteousness by Jesus Christ, freeing us from the law's dominion.
