How do we know that Jesus is able to help us in our struggles?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is able to sympathize with our weaknesses because He experienced temptation without sin (Hebrews 4:15).

Hebrews 4:15 affirms that Jesus is a high priest who is 'touched with the feeling of our infirmities.' This means He can truly empathize with our struggles, having experienced temptation in every way as we do, yet without sinning. This connection provides believers with the confidence to approach Him in prayer for mercy and help during times of need. The knowledge that Jesus intimately understands our human frailty can bring comfort and assurance in moments of doubt and weakness.
