How do we know that Jesus is our advocate against condemnation?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible confirms that Jesus acts as our advocate, defending us against accusations from the law, Satan, and sin.

Hebrews 7:25 states that Jesus is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them. Throughout Scripture, we see multiple instances where Jesus stands as an advocate for His people, particularly in the face of condemnation from the law and Satan. As the Apostle Paul asserts in Romans 8:33-34, 'Who can bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.' This assuredness reinforces Jesus' role as our protector and advocate.
