How do we know that Jesus is the embodiment of God's holiness?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus embodies God's holiness as He perfectly fulfilled the law and bore our sins.

Jesus Christ is the embodiment of God's holiness, exemplified in His life and sacrificial death. In Colossians 2:9, it is stated that 'in Him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily,' signifying that Jesus is fully God and fully man. His life was marked by perfect holiness, fulfilling every requirement of the law without sin. Furthermore, at the cross, He bore the entirety of God’s wrath against sin without being consumed, showcasing the unique combination of grace and justice in God's character. This profound reality is what makes Christ our holy representative, allowing sinners to approach a holy God through faith in Him.
