How do we know that Jesus is the fulfillment of God's law?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is recognized as the fulfillment of God's law, being both the Word made flesh and the embodiment of God's love.

In John 1:1-14, we see that 'the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.' This affirms that Jesus is the ultimate expression of God's law and love. The psalmist's declaration in Psalm 119 expresses love for God's law, which reflects love for Christ since He is the law personified. Jesus fulfilled the law perfectly on our behalf, bridging the gap between God and man as our mediator. This understanding brings a depth to the believer’s relationship with Christ, illustrating that adherence to God's Word is, in essence, adherence to Christ Himself.
