How do we know that Jesus is the fulfillment of the prophecies about the Queen of Sheba?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus, like Solomon, embodies divine wisdom and draws nations to Himself, fulfilling Isaiah's prophecies.

The connection between Jesus and the Queen of Sheba is established through the typology presented in Scripture. Solomon is a type of Christ, representing His kingship and wisdom. When the Queen of Sheba acknowledges that her expectations of Solomon were exceeded, this points to the greater fulfillment in Christ, who surpasses all wisdom and understanding. The prophecies in Isaiah about Gentiles coming to the light of Israel find their ultimate fulfillment in Jesus, as He came not only for the Jews but also for the Gentiles. As such, Jesus serves as the ultimate answer to the questions and desires that lead people, like the Queen, to seek Him.
