How do we know that Jesus is the one true Redeemer?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is the singular Redeemer as He uniquely fulfills the redemptive work of God, revealed in Scripture.

Scripture affirms the uniqueness of Jesus Christ as the Redeemer. In John 4:26, Jesus explicitly declares, 'I am he,' indicating that He is the promised Messiah. Throughout biblical history, God's plan has always centered on Christ as the Redeemer who would reconcile humanity to Himself. According to 1 Timothy 2:5, He is the one mediator between God and men, which reinforces His role in the salvation plan as the sole Redeemer capable of addressing humanity's sinfulness through His sacrifice. Thus, the entirety of the Scriptures points to the necessity of Christ for salvation.
