How do we know that Jesus is truly our king?

Jesus is our king because He conquered sin and death, establishing a spiritual kingdom for His people.

In Hebrews 2:14-15, we see that through His death, Jesus destroyed the power of the devil and delivered His people from the bondage of sin and fear. As the King of Kings, He was not merely born to become king but was King from the beginning. His victory over sin and death on the cross affirms His rightful reign over a spiritual kingdom that is everlasting. This spiritual reign offers peace and assurance to His subjects, ensuring that all things are under His sovereign rule.
