How do we know that Jesus is trustworthy?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus is trustworthy because He is unchanging and all-powerful, the same yesterday, today, and forever.

The trustworthiness of Jesus rests on His immutability; unlike humans and created things that change and decay, Jesus remains the same. His attributes—like wisdom, sovereignty, and love—do not fluctuate. In Hebrews, it emphasizes that He has the power to save and help, reinforcing that He is able to fulfill His promises with absolute certainty. Since He does not change, neither can His promises towards us; they are eternally reliable, making Him the only true source of trust.
