How do we know that Jesus is without sin?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible clearly states that Jesus did no sin and that He is the Lamb of God, perfect and without blemish.

Jesus Christ is the only one who lived a completely sinless life. 1 Peter 2:22 affirms this by stating, 'Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth.' This sinlessness is crucial because it qualifies Him as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. In God's divine plan, a sinless Savior was required to atone for the sins of His people, making Jesus the ultimate fulfillment of that requirement. His perfection and sinlessness bring assurance that through Him, believers are made righteous, as all our sins were laid upon Him at the cross.
