How do we know that Jesus' mission wasn't a failure?

Answered in 1 source

Jesus' mission is assured as He states that all the Father gives Him will come to Him and that He will not lose any of them.

In John 6:37, Jesus assures, 'All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.' This indicates that despite the rejection He faced, His mission to save His people is guaranteed by the sovereign will of God. The belief in Christ is not contingent upon human efforts; rather, it is secured by God's eternal plan of salvation, which ensures that everyone chosen by the Father will inevitably come to faith in Christ.
