How do we know that our work for the Lord is not in vain?

1 Corinthians 15:58 assures us that 'your labor is not in vain in the Lord.' This assurance is rooted in the sovereign grace of God, which guarantees the efficacy of our work as it directly contributes to His plan of salvation. When we engage in the work of the ministry—be it preaching, teaching, or serving—we are participating in God's ordained means for bringing about His will. Therefore, every act of service done in faith is effective because it aligns with God's purpose and the advancement of the gospel.
