How do we know that our work is meaningful to God?

Answered in 1 source

Our work is meaningful to God when done in obedience and reverence, as we serve the Lord Christ wholeheartedly, highlighted in Colossians 3:23-24.

Colossians 3:23-24 instructs believers to do their work heartily, as unto the Lord and not unto men. This highlights that every effort and task in our lives holds significance when it is performed with the intention of honoring Christ. The recognition that Christ is our ultimate master changes our perspective on work from merely a secular obligation to a sacred responsibility. We work for the Lord, who sees our efforts, and we trust that he will reward us appropriately in the inheritance laid out for his people. This understanding motivates us to give our best in all that we do.
