How do we know that preaching is never in vain?

Answered in 1 source

Preaching is never in vain because God's Word accomplishes its purposes regardless of visible results.

In the sermon, it is highlighted that the Word of God will never return void; it always achieves the purpose for which it was sent. Paul affirms this by stating in 1 Thessalonians 2:1 that his preaching was not a vain endeavor. The assurance comes from the understanding that God’s Word has inherent power and authority, unimpeded by the circumstances surrounding its delivery. Even when the preacher may not see immediate results or outcomes, the seeds of the gospel planted through preaching continue to bear fruit through God's sovereign work over time.
