How do we know that proper prayer is aligned with God's will?

James 4:3 highlights that asking with wrong motives leads to unanswered prayers. They are encouraged to pray for divine assistance in achieving right intentions, as mere human desire is often corrupted by sin. The presence of the Holy Spirit is essential as He intercedes on behalf of believers, aiding them in making requests that reflect God's desires and purposes. Therefore, a prayer that seeks God's glory and the advancement of His kingdom is assured of alignment with His will.
