How do we know that salvation is Christ in you?

Answered in 1 source

The New Testament consistently affirms that true salvation is found in and through Christ living within believers (Galatians 2:20).

The assurance that salvation is defined by Christ living in us is foundational to Reformed theology. In Galatians 2:20, Paul states, 'I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me.' This transformative experience speaks to the reality that true faith is not a merely external or ritualistic practice, but an internal transformation where Christ becomes our life. Knowing Christ is to acknowledge His active presence and work within us, resulting in a life that embodies His righteousness.
