How do we know that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us?

Answered in 4 sources

We know the Holy Spirit intercedes for us because Scripture explicitly states He does so according to God's will (Romans 8:27).

According to Romans 8:27, the Holy Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will, which assures us that our prayers, inspired by the Spirit, align with God's divine purpose. The confidence that the Spirit knows the mind of God speaks to His integral role in our prayer life. Since the Spirit is one with the Father and the Son, any intercession He makes is guaranteed to be in perfect harmony with the intentions of the triune God, giving believers assurance that their prayers will be heard and answered.
