How do we know that the Holy Spirit works in Christians?

The evidence of the Holy Spirit's work in believers can be seen in the transformation of their lives and the good works that flow from faith in Christ. As Paul expresses in Colossians 1:22, we are presented to God as 'holy and unblameable' because of Christ's work, not our own. This means that the good that comes from our lives is ultimately a result of the Spirit’s work within us, as emphasized in Ephesians 1:19-20, where it describes the power that raised Christ from the dead now working in us.
