How do we know that the Scriptures reveal Jesus as the King?

For instance, Micah 5:2 indicates that the ruler of Israel would come from Bethlehem, and the wise men in Matthew 2 sought this King, asking, 'Where is He who has been born King of the Jews?' His birth is the culmination of these prophetic declarations, showcasing that He has been King from eternity.
