How do we know that we are all guilty before God?

Answered in 1 source

All humanity is under sin and guilt before God, as evidenced by the law and our own conscience.

The Bible teaches that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). Regardless of whether individuals are aware of God's law, their conscience bears witness to their guilt. Romans 2 indicates that both Jews and Gentiles are accountable to God's law, confirming that every mouth will be stopped, and the world becomes guilty before God. The universal nature of sin is evident through the moral law instilled in everyone’s heart, compelling us to acknowledge our need for a Savior.
